I also tried to do the solution you posted where you move files out of the overwrite tab at the bottom of MO2's left panel, and it didn't make a difference, it kept crashing the same as before.

It is pretty much plug-n-play. But now the REAL reason you might switch is that quality mods like CGO or The Ultimate Dodge mods or Character Behaviors only support Nemesis . It may turn out to be worth it, but I'm not ready to pay the headache price, to find out. Maybe some bug got introduced at some point.
